About the event

Is it time for you to go to the next level of your skillset and learn how to install extensions from the veteran experts? If you are ready to learn the same techniques that we have mastered and used for over a decade to start, repair and seamlessly attached pre-made microinterock then now is your chance!

Solarlocs™ Academy training is designed for experienced microlocticians eager to take their microlocs skillset to the next level..  We are only accepting students with a proven track record of microloc installations.  The ideal candidates are already certified in a system involving the parting and making of microlocs ranging in widths from 1 mm to 3 mm.

You will learn the following:

  • Attachment techniques for loose natural hair
  • Various methods to attach Solarlocs to newly established or mature locs
  • Proper loc:part ratio Foundation determination
  • Establishment and Grid options
  • How to determine the appropriate loc attachment size 
  • Techniques to avoid 
  • Reinforcement/Repair 
  • Temporary options

You will receive the following:

  • Pre-parted mannequin with size sample locs attached
  • Essential Solarloc installation and maintenance tools.
  • Solarlocs Extensions in sizes 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm
  • Certificate of Training Completion
  • Listing on the Solarlocs website as a certified Apprentice and Trusted installer after all coursework is completed
  • Customer referrals at no charge
  • Displaying your work on official channels for customer exposure at no cost

  • Registration deposit

    Deposit goes towards total class costs and temporarily holds your spot in the class until we review your application. If we determine that you are not a good candidate, we will contact you and issue a full refund for your reservation. The remaining balance of $2000 can either be paid on this site or you can request for us to send you an invoice after review. You can pay in installments however you choose, but the final balance must be paid in full to access the class.
